DAMAGED / MISSING MERCHANDISE

At Eyediology we strive to package each order as carefully and securely as we can. We understand that there are times where things go wrong so we urge you to please check all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product and provide us with a picture of the damages. If this has occurred we will open up a case with The Courier Guy for damage inspection. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes and the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. Eyediology reserves the right to either replace the item or offer a credit towards other products. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from us.


MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE / RETURNS

Eyediology must be notified by email within five (5) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over five days old are non-returnable or refundable. Adhesives are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply on exchanges. Our team will inspect the returned items to make sure they are in their original packaging and unopened. If our team is satisfied with the returned item you will be refunded via EFT within five (5) business days. The sender needs to ensure all their details are attached with the items and reason for the return.


CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
